If you need to cancel your booking with Serenecandleux, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while accounting for planning and preparation costs.
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a tour due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of cancellation confirmation.
Administration fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
If you need to change your tour date, we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 3 days before your original tour date.
Rescheduling Fee: A rescheduling fee of £10 may apply for changes made less than 7 days before the tour date.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will review each case individually and may offer more flexible terms.
If you are unable to complete a tour once it has begun, we are unable to provide a partial refund. However, if you have specific concerns about a tour, please speak with your guide, who will do their best to address any issues.
